We went a few months back to look for my daughter’s sweet 16 dress and I was happy to see SOO many dresses in stock. We had gone to a few other shops so we knew exactly the dress we wanted that everyone else had out of stock. To our surprise they just received the dress and had it in stock in every size! We were so happy! On the initial day we went we had a fabulous girl helping us in the changing rooms but we chose to come back another day with family to see the dress and buy it. The second time we went we still wanted to try on a few sizes and we had a new girl that helped as much as she could. We ended up buying the dress that day and the front desk lady was very helpful! Each dress comes with one free steam so I used that at a later time. We also got a free tshirt! Minus one star because we couldn’t take pictures in store so had to make another trip back to show family before we purchased. A big pain considering other stores have the same exact dresses and pictures are allowed everywhere else. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Called the store on Tuesday was told they had the dress we wanted in 2 different sizes. Was also told that everything they list online they carry in store- this was just volunteered by the employee. Drive over 90+ minutes from out of state only to be told they don’t carry the dress at all. They didn’t seem surprised or concerned but quickly encouraged us to try on “ one of 20 thousand other dresses “. I feel they lied just to get us in to the store to buy something

We had a great experience and the staff was very helpful! When we got there, it was a little overwhelming with needing to register and “getting a line number” for dressing rooms, but that feeling quickly went away when their staff approached us and helped explain everything. It was an enjoyable experience overall, there were many options available (even from online) and we were very happy with our purchases and our service!! They are a well oiled machine with how they handle everything in a very efficient way!!! I would go back and get my daughter’s dresses there again. Thank you!!

This was the first time I had ever been to Peaches, Carol was my associate and she was wonderful! I probably tried on close to 15 dresses, the selection was amazing. Although, they didn’t have my dress in store, they were extremely helpful in the ordering process and took my exact measurements. I’m looking forward to coming back for prom season and I’m so happy I walked out of Peaches with a homecoming dress!!

So disappointed in this place as I’ve been coming here for years! Never thought I would get treated so disrespectful as I did today! We went in for the sidewalk sale that I’ve been waiting for months. Usually they do it in August. I’m outside shopping with my daughter we found a dress so we were holding it! A lady came out and said can I hold the dress for you here is a number. I said sure thank you then I had an extra piece fabric I was getting so I gave her that too. As I gave it to her she grabbed it and rolled her eyes. Which I didn’t understand why? Then my daughter said can we look inside!!!! We go in side the same lady came up to us and said no you can’t look at anything with out buying that dress first or I’m putting it back! I was like wow ok. So I purchased the dress! As I was leaving I asked for her name! She states I don’t have to give you my name! Then I tell her you guys should have signs outside letting people know the rules because I didn’t know. Then she says we DO HAVE SIGNS THAT say YOU CANNOT TRY ON DRESS! Very loud raising her voice up at me like so unprofessional But Who asked to try on dresses? Then she said YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE RUDE WITH ME. But you are being the rude one I said. I’ve been a customer here for years and NEVER would think I would get treated the way I did today!!!!!! Nice dresses but very rude employees sad because I love this place before today!
